CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. No Refund After Subscription Activation
All payments made to Tawatable are non-refundable.
Once your subscription is activated:
- You gain immediate access to the features included in your selected package.
- Server resources, setup, and operational costs are provisioned instantly.
For these reasons, refunds (full or partial) are not offered.
2. No Refund for Monthly or Yearly Plans
Payments for all plan types are non-refundable, including:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Yearly subscriptions
- Renewals
- Upgrades or downgrades
- Early cancellations
Note: Cancellation stops future billing only; previous charges are non-refundable.
3. Free Demo Available
Users may request a live demo to explore features, limitations, and package options before subscribing.
Upgrading to a paid plan confirms that you have reviewed the system and agree that it meets your requirements.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
After cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will not be billed again unless you resubscribe.
- No refunds will be provided for the remaining billing period.
5. Account Status After Cancellation
When your billing period ends:
- Access to package features will be removed.
- Your account may be downgraded to inactive or limited-access status.
- Any connected modules or services will stop functioning.
6. Data Retention After Cancellation
Tawatable retains your account and restaurant data for 60 days after cancellation to allow you to:
- Reactivate your subscription
- Export necessary data
- Restore service if needed
After this retention period, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
7. Fraud, Chargebacks & Policy Violations
Tawatable reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for:
- Fraudulent chargebacks
- Abuse, misuse, or violation of policies
- Illegal or unauthorized activity
Such terminations are non-refundable.
8. Modifications to the Policy
Tawatable reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of our Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
